Hi, I'm Michelle

For as long as I could remember, I woke up every day of my life with intense anxiety. Often times I didn't even know why I was anxious. I tried everything I could find to help cope with the uncomfortableness in my body and mind. I went to therapy. I became a certified yoga teacher. I attempted to meditate. I practiced EFT tapping. All of these practices were really beneficial for my inner growth and put me on a spiritual path.

And I still experienced daily anxiety. It was relentless.

Then, in February of 2021, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I tried my best to cope with the uncertainty and discomfort of treatment. Desperate to find some relief from the grips of extreme anxiety, I once again tried to find a solution. I found the answer for which I had been searching for years - the Body Wisdom Academy created by Leslie Huddart. I am so grateful for the tools, techniques, and healing I received from BWA that I trained to do this work myself. I can think of nothing more rewarding than to guide you to experience how amazing it feels to wake up every morning refreshed, at ease, aligned with your purpose, and excited to start the day. I can't wait to support you on your own healing journey.

If you are ready to release what is holding you back and discover how it feels to be free of anxiety, overwhelm and burnout, schedule a session with me. You have nothing to lose, other than the anxiety, self-sabotage, and inner suffering you've been experiencing.

My career prior to starting Soul Aligned Support has been focused in art museum education, planning and leading programs for school, family and adult audiences. I have a Master of Art degree in art history and a Bachelor of Science in art education. I am a certified art teacher in the state of Michigan and a nationally certified yoga teacher. I completed my yoga teacher training at Sun Moon Yoga in Ann Arbor, Michigan with Saundarya Bringard O’Donnell.
